Regardless of your yoga level, India offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in this world. The yoga classes offered are suitable for all levels.

As the Indians like to say “everything is possible”.
Itinerary
The weekly and daily routine will be quite varied.
We start in Delhii. There is a lot to discover in this metropolis and with the help of a local guide we immerse ourselves into Indian city life.
We continue our journey in the most popular Indian means of travel – the train. This takes us from the capital Delhi to Rishikesh – the “world yoga capital”.
Here we experience an authentic yoga ashram life, practice yoga, admire the sacred river Ganges, observe and participate in traditional Hindu ceremonies.
The second part of the journey continues up to the Himalayan mountain region of Daramshala or more precisely to the district of McLeodGanj.
McLeod Ganj is home to numerous Tibetan refugees and is the Dalai Lama’s headquarters. The influence of Buddhist culture make the village a quiet and peaceful place.
From there we start a three-day hike up into the Himalayas. The destination is the beautifully situated Kareri Lake.
After that we have a 3 day yoga retreat, before we visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
From there, a domestic flight will take us back to Delhi.
Curiosity, openness and flexibility are basic prerequisites for a trip to India. In some cases, the routes are slightly longer (max. 10 hours). Good stamina is required here. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. The trekking tour is moderate. On the second day of the trek, we cover 1000 meters of altitude. sometimes it goes a bit steeper uphill and uphill with some stairs. A good basic fitness is required.
